    Meet Your Host.

    Clara Roberts-Oss is the founder of the Practice with Clara Virtual Yoga Studio and the Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga.

    Clara has been teaching classes, workshops, and her 200+300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs for 20+ years worldwide.

    Influenced by Shiva Rea's Prana Flow, Clara developed Lila Flow Yoga. She teaches a playful and challenging vinyasa practice that supports practitioners of all levels.
